French Special Characters

The cedilla is used mostly in French, you will see the button as shown below.
Because a capitalized cedilla is extremely rare, if you need to create one, put a lower case cedilla in, then use the CapDecap button to capitalize it.
The capitalized cedilla has no keyboard shortcut, because it is so rare.


The French ae, and oe both work via button click with no keyboard shortcut.





The French quotation marks are as shown below.
When you click this button, BOTH quotation marks will appear, and the cursor will locate itself between them.
